Registration Fee Information

1. Full registration and student registration cover: publication and presentation of one paper, access to the full conference, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, banquet, and Rottnest Island tour.
2. Abstract registration covers: presentation of one paper, access to the
full conference, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception,  banquet, and Rottnest Island tour.
3. The tour cost is covered in both the full and abstract registrations. More registration options will be provided in the registration system if you do not want to include the tour.
4.  All fees are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclusive of GST.
5. Student rate is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors and attached their student' ID card copy when register.
6. The registration fees are for on-site attendance only and online attendance is unavailable.
7. Conference kits include conference program, certificate, conference souvenirs...

Guidelines for Registration Fee Selections

1. If you are an oral presenter and need to publish your paper, please register as "Full Paper Registration".
2. If you do not want to publish your paper, please register as "Abstract Registration".
3. If you are a listener, please register as "Listener".
4. Student registers and Member registers should provide their valid student ID scan copy or Member Number.
5. If the paper exceeds 12 pages, the extra pages will be charged.

Registration Instructions

1. In order to participate in the conference of ARCAI 2024, at least one author of each paper must register and present the paper at the conference; otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings. (Co-authors and accompanying persons can register as Listeners.)
2. Both full and student registrations include paper uploads, which means that the paper will be included in both the conference proceedings and will be indexed by EI Compendex.
3. The registration will be confirmed once the registration fee is received in full and the registration steps are all completed.

4. All the accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
5. Authors can attach a plagiarism report (by iThenticate) when submitting a paper to the conference. The paper will go through plagiarism detection throughout the publication process. If plagiarism is detected, the paper will be rejected and no refund request will be accepted.
6. For an on-site conference, attendees should confirm the form, date, venue, and transportation information with the conference organizer before making a travel plan. Note that the organiser is not responsible for booking rooms for attendants, so please complete the room reservation before you arrive. The recommended hotel information can be found in the conference website.
7. In terms of "No shows", the registration fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If a registrant cannot personally attend ARCAI 2024, they may find someone else to attend the conference for presenting the paper, or send the conference organizer their recorded video of paper presentations, in order to ensure their papers to be included in proceedings and indexed by EI Compendex. If the above solutions are not applicable to the registrant, the following policies of cancellation and refund apply.

1. Up to 90 days prior to the conference date: 70% refund of the registration fees paid
2. 60-90 days ahead of the conference date: 60% refund of the registration fees paid
3. 30-60 days ahead of the conference date: 50% refund of the registration fees paid
4. Less than 30 days prior to the conference date: No refund

Special Event Registration Fees -
For Workshops, Tutorials and Special Events

These registrations give you access to the special events only, which include the coffee breaks and lunch, but does not include attendance to the welcome reception and the conference banquet.

Disclaimers

1. The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place and format of the conference due to force majeure. Losses incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and any refund shall not apply. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war, epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizer’s control.
2. If the on-site conference cannot be held due to force majeures, participants will be invited to either attend the virtual conference or transfer their participation to other on-site conference (within 15 months).
3. Content will be submitted to the indexing databases for indexing. As indexing services are independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.
4. Submissions and registrations should be completed using the officially authorized channels published on the website.
Registration process notification will be sent through: arcai2024@gmail.com. Please do not trust any non-official channels/contacts. The conference organizer does not accept responsibility for any losses caused by unauthorized third party.
