CALL FOR TUTORIALS/WORKSHOPS

Tutorials and Workshops

The conference will offer to all ARCAI 2025 participants several high quality tutorials and workshops (TWs) on the latest trends in Advanced Robotics, Control and Artificial Intelligence. During the sessions, experts, researchers and engineers from both academia and industry will introduce new developments and innovations in ARCAI areas.

Potential TWs speakers are asked to submit a proposal (maximum 2 pages), covering:

Title of the tutorial/workshop
Name, institutions, and email of chair and co-chair of the tutorials/workshops.
A brief description (maximum 500 words)
Outline schedule of delivery (headings) and expected duration
Short bios of all speakers (names, email, and affiliation).

Tutorial/Workshop proposal submission

If you are interested in organizing a tutorial/workshop, please contact us via our conference email (icarcai2025@gmail.com) and send the proposal. The submission deadline is (Date TBA).

Once approved, successful TWs proposers will be advised to prepare and submit a PDF electronic version of their presentation materials. The conference organisers reserve the right to decide the inclusion of the tutorial/workshop in the conference programme based on their final materials.

TWs Proposal Submission

Please send your proposal in PDF format to the Conference Email (icarcai2025@gmail.com).
TWs proposals will be accepted from (Date to TBA) until (Date to TBA). We encourage early proposal submission to receive early decisions and higher number of paper submissions.
The submission and decision making for SSs are ongoing until the deadline. Decisions are made as soon as possible.
