Presentation Guidelines
In order to better facilitate your presentation, please follow the below guidelines for oral presentation and poster presentation when you make full preparations.
Please kind note that only the papers that are presented at ARCAI 2024 can be sent for indexing in EI. In the case that the paper cannot be presented, you should email to conference email address to provide with valid reasons, then your request will be approved case by case.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
In order to give high-quality oral presentations in the conference, the following guidelines are recommended:

Each oral presentation should have 12 mins of presentation and 3 mins of QA session.

We recommend to prepare for your presentation slides using Microsoft PowerPoint. PDF files, however, are also accepted.

Please save your files in a USB flash drive and bring the presentation room.

If you choose to bring your own laptop for the presentation, please also bring a backup version in a USB flash drive just in case.

We strongly recommend presenters to copy the presentation slides to the computer in the presentation room from 8.30am or during the tea/coffee break time. An assistant will be arranged in each room to provide timely assistance.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
In order to give high-quality poster presentations in the conference, the following guidelines are recommended:

A poster board will be provided to displace your poster on conference site.

The size of the maximum dimension for the poster display is: A1 size, with 841mm height and 594mm width.

The poster should be in prepared in portrait layout with the paper ID indicated on the board.

Poster should be printed and brought by presenter and displayed on the poster board 30 mins before each session. Please kindly note that printing facility will not be provided on the conference site.

Presenters should stand beside their posters to answer any query from audience in their session.
