The 3rd International Conference on Advanced Robotics, Control, and Artificial Intelligence (ARCAI 2026)

Prospective authors are requested to electronically submit regular papers in English using the following layout. Regular papers are limited to 12 full pages (single column), including paper title, authors and affiliations, figures and references (maximum size 2MB). The manuscripts should be prepared in the Springer Lecture Note single-column format and submitted in PDF format. Other formats in the submission and in the final version cannot be accepted. The template of the Springer Lecture Note single-column format can be downloaded from below link:

Prospective authors should only submit original work that has neither appeared elsewhere for publication, nor is under review for another refereed publication. The Conference will use the CrossCheck automated screening system to validate the originality of submissions. Submitted papers may be compared to millions of articles in databases worldwide. Papers that violate Springer’s publication principles may be summarily rejected. Should the violation is deemed severe, disciplinary actions may also be taken by Springer.
Accepted and presented papers will be published as conference proceedings in Springer by default, which are indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus, subject to meeting scope and quality requirements. If any authors would like to withdraw the paper to avoid being published and indexed by EI Compendex, please contact conference organiser to request, WITHIN ONE week after the conferene is held.

Note: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Important Note
For Accepted Papers – Camera-Ready Submission
Authors of accepted papers are required to:

Carefully revise the paper according to the reviewers’ comments.

Upload the final camera-ready PDF.

Upload the corresponding editable source files, either:

Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx); or
-
LaTeX source files (including all necessary .tex, figures, bibliography and related files, preferably as a ZIP file).

Ensure that the title, author names and affiliations in the final paper are correct and consistent with the submission system.

Complete the applicable conference registration promptly after acceptance.
Important: Both the final PDF and editable source files are required for preparation of the conference proceedings. An accepted paper may not proceed to final publication until all required camera-ready files have been received.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at ARCAI 2026.
