Prospective authors are requested to electronically submit regular papers in English using the following layout. Regular papers are limited to 12 full pages (single column), including paper title, authors and affiliations, figures and references (maximum size 2MB). The manuscripts should be prepared in the Springer Lecture Note single-column format and submitted in PDF format. Other formats in the submission and in the final version cannot be accepted. Prospective authors should only submit original work that has neither appeared elsewhere for publication, nor is under review for another refereed publication. The Conference will use the CrossCheck automated screening system to validate the originality of submissions. Submitted papers may be compared to millions of articles in databases worldwide. Papers that violate Springer’s publication principles may be summarily rejected. Should the violation is deemed severe, disciplinary actions may also be taken by Springer.

Accepted and presented papers will be published as conference proceedings in Springer, which are indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus, subject to meeting scope and quality requirements.
