The 2025 International Conference on Advanced Robotics, Control and Artificial Intelligence will be held in Nadi, Fiji, on November 24-27, 2025. This conference is organised by Murdoch University and The University of South Pacific. It provides an international premier forum for leading academic scientists, researchers and engineers to exchange and present latest research developments and outcomes on all aspects of ARCAI. Particularly, it not only welcomes those emerging methodologies and techniques which bridge theoretical studies and applications in all ARCAI systems, but also includes the practical concerns and challenges encountered and potential solutions in the fields of ARCAI. High quality papers are solicited on all aspects of research and application. Join us to celebrate the 2nd conference of ARCAI!

Publication Information
Prospective authors are requested to electronically submit regular papers in English using the following layout. Regular papers are limited to 12 full pages, including paper title, authors and affiliations, figures and references (maximum size 2MB). The manuscripts should be prepared in the Springer's Lecture Notes format and should be submitted in PDF format. Other formats in the submission and in the final version cannot be accepted. The template of the Springer's Lecture Notes single-column format can be downloaded from below link:

Accepted and presented papers will be published as conference proceedings in Springer, which are indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus, subject to meeting scope and quality requirements.

Special Issues​
Selected papers will be extended, peer-reviewed and potentially published in the several international SCI journal special issues.
